We are looking for a marketing executive to own how NexGen shows up in the market — content, campaigns, social and inbound. You will work directly with the founders, and what you ship will be visible to every client and candidate who finds us.
What you will do
- Plan and run campaigns across LinkedIn, Instagram and email
- Write clear copy for the website, case studies and social posts
- Own the content calendar and keep it actually moving
- Track what works — traffic, leads, conversion — and report it honestly
- Coordinate with design and engineering on launches
What we are looking for
- 1–3 years in digital marketing, agency or in-house
- Genuinely strong written English
- Hands-on with Meta and LinkedIn ad managers
- Comfortable reading analytics and drawing conclusions from them
- Organised enough to run a calendar without being chased
Nice to have
- Experience marketing a software or B2B services company
- Basic design skills — Canva or Figma
- SEO fundamentals
- Video or short-form content editing
