Privacy Policy

What this covers

This policy describes what happens to information you send through https://nexgen.com.pk. It does not cover work carried out under a signed client agreement — that is governed by the confidentiality terms in the agreement itself.

What we collect, and only when you send it

We do not collect anything about you simply for visiting. There is no analytics package, no advertising pixel and no third-party tracking script on this website. Information reaches us only when you choose to send it:

• Enquiry form — your name, email address, and optionally your company, budget range, the service you are interested in, and the message you write.
• Job application — your name, email address, phone number, the role you applied for, your CV, and optionally a portfolio link and covering note.
• Newsletter — your email address, and nothing else.

Server logs

Our web server records ordinary request logs: the IP address a request came from, the page requested, the time, and the browser's user-agent string. These exist to keep the site secure and to diagnose faults, and are kept for a limited period before being rotated away.

We also hold IP addresses briefly in memory to rate-limit form submissions. Those are discarded when the server restarts and are never written to the database.

Why we hold it, and for how long

Enquiries and applications are held so we can reply to you and keep a record of the conversation. We do not sell, rent or trade any of it.

• Enquiries: kept for up to 24 months after our last exchange.
• Job applications and CVs: kept for up to 12 months, so we can contact you if a suitable role opens.
• Newsletter subscriptions: kept until you unsubscribe.

Where it is stored, and who can see it

Everything is stored in our own database on a private server we operate, not in a third-party CRM or marketing platform. CVs in particular are stored outside the public web directory and can only be downloaded by signed-in staff — they are not reachable by anyone who guesses a URL.

Access is limited to the people at NexGen Technologies who need it to reply to you. We do not share your information with third parties for marketing.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask for it to be corrected, or ask us to delete it. Email atta@nexgen.com.pk and we will action it. Newsletter emails can also be stopped simply by asking.

Children

This website is aimed at businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes we will update the date at the top of this page. Material changes to how we handle existing information will be communicated to the people affected.
