They apply to your use of https://nexgen.com.pk. Any project we carry out for you is governed by a separate written agreement signed by both parties — where that agreement and these terms disagree, the agreement wins.

The text, design, code and images on this site belong to NexGen Technologies unless stated otherwise. You may quote or reference it with attribution; you may not republish it wholesale or present it as your own.

We keep this site accurate and current, but content here is general information, not advice for your specific situation. Prices and timelines mentioned are indicative — a binding figure comes from a written proposal, not from a web page.

We aim to keep the site available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, upgrades and faults happen.
