Refund Policy
The refund Policy outlines the rules and regulations for the use of NexGen Technologies Website Development Company in Lahore, Pakistan
In case you wish to cancel your orders placed at nexgen.com.pk you could do so within 24 hrs of the orders being placed. The cancellation would not be done once the work has already been started
NexGen Technologies strives to deliver the highest quality products for our clients. If you at any time in development are not satisfied, you can ask for a refund. In this case, for any client who is not satisfied with our services we can provide a refund within 30 days from the date of the first installment. The refund will be made after deducting the service tax and the hourly charges for the work completed by us. No refund will be given if:
- You have already approved the design mockup. This condition will not apply if we are unable to complete the project as per the project’s specifications.
- The project delays are caused by a lack of communication from your end.
If paid by credit card, refunds will be done to the credit card number provided at the time of purchase, and in case of debit card / net banking payments refund will be made to the same account.
Web design and web development projects require extensive resources, consume our time, and incur a lot of internal expenses. Therefore once a payment or deposit is made, it is non-refundable. Payments for custom design projects (i.e. website designs, individual page mockups and smaller design components within a website, enhancements, additional pages, logo design, etc.) and custom development projects (i.e. PHP programming, WordPress CMS custom development, Laravel projects, WordPress Plugin custom development, HTML static websites, eCommerce websites, etc.) are made to us in increments as a courtesy to the client as well as discounted for those who agree to pay in full, but if a project gets canceled, delayed or postponed by the client, then all amount paid will be retained by NexGen Technologies and if applicable, an additional cost will be charged to the client for all work completed beyond what was already paid for shall be paid by the client. All projects that are completed as defined in the scope of the work are non-refundable. If the client has only paid 50% of the project as a down payment and if the project is completed more than 85%, then the client should pay the full agreed proposal amount to Nexgen Technologies, if the project gets canceled or if the client is not responding within 30 days of completion. No refund can be given in this scenario.
The web hosting amount paid by the client on a yearly contract can’t be refunded since the payment is made to the 3rd party hosting provider in advance by Nexgen Technologies and the server is configured as per the needs of the client. Monthly / Quarterly contracts can be canceled by informing us at least one month in advance before the renewal date. Once the account is renewed, the client will have to pay for the renewed duration. No refund will be made for the remaining period of the hosting contract if the cancellation request is made after entering the contract period.
Domain registrations are not eligible for refunds once the booking is complete.
