CRM / ERP Development

Business systems that match how you actually operate

Customer, inventory and operations systems built or extended to fit your real process — rather than a generic platform your team has to work around.

The gap between the system and the actual process

Most businesses either outgrow a generic CRM or ERP, or never fully adopt one because it doesn't match how they work. Either way the same pattern appears: the official system holds part of the picture, and the rest lives in spreadsheets, email threads and individual people's heads.

That gap is expensive. Reporting becomes manual reconciliation, onboarding a new team member means learning the unwritten workarounds, and nobody fully trusts any single number.

Fit the system to the process, not the reverse

We map how customers, orders, inventory or projects genuinely move through your business — including the exceptions that generic platforms don't accommodate — and build the system around that.

Sometimes the right answer is a custom system. Often it's extending or integrating something you already run, so existing data and habits carry over. We're direct about which of the two a given situation calls for.

What's included

Inside crm / erp development

  • Custom CRM development

Customer and pipeline management shaped around your actual sales and account process, including its exceptions.

  • ERP and operations systems

Inventory, orders, procurement and internal operations tracked in one system rather than across spreadsheets.

  • Extending existing platforms

Custom modules, integrations and reporting on top of a CRM or ERP you already use, where replacing it isn't warranted.

  • Reporting and dashboards

Operational reporting built directly on the live data, so numbers don't need manual reconciliation each month.

Technologies

What we build with

The tools we reach for on this kind of work. We pick from a deliberately small set we know well rather than a different stack each project.

Application

  • TypeScript
  • Next.js
  • Node.js

Data

  • PostgreSQL
  • Prisma
  • Role-based access control

Integration

  • REST APIs
  • Third-party platform integrations
  • Data migration

How we work

The same process, whatever we are building

Every step produces something you can look at and react to. No phase ends with a surprise.

  1. Discover

We start with the problem, the constraints and the people affected — before anyone opens a design tool.

  2. Design

Interfaces are designed as a system, so decisions compound instead of being remade on every screen.

  3. Build

Typed, tested and reviewed. Work ships in increments you can see, not in a single reveal at the end.

  4. Scale

Monitoring, performance budgets and a release process your team can run without us in the room.

Outcomes

What you get

  • One system holding the full picture instead of a partial one plus spreadsheets
  • A process encoded as it actually runs, including the exceptions
  • Reporting built on live data rather than assembled by hand each month
  • Role-based access, so people see what's relevant to their job

Questions

Before you get in touch

Should we replace our current CRM or extend it?

It depends on how much of the gap is missing functionality versus a fundamentally wrong data model. Extending is usually cheaper and less disruptive; we'll say plainly when we think a replacement is genuinely warranted.

Can you migrate data from our existing system?

Yes. Data migration — including cleaning and reconciling records along the way — is a normal part of this kind of project.

How do you handle different permissions across a team?

Role-based access control is built in from the start, so each role sees and edits only what's relevant to it.
