What happens after launch
Launch is the middle of the project, not the end. Every build ships with monitoring, error reporting and backups already running, so a problem reaches us before it reaches your customers. Most clients keep a small monthly retainer for changes and updates; some take the code in-house entirely. Both are fine, and neither requires renegotiating what you already own.

- How much does web development cost in Pakistan?
- It depends almost entirely on scope, and any firm quoting before understanding yours is guessing. A focused business application typically starts around PKR 400,000; a multi-role platform with integrations runs well beyond that. We scope in a paid discovery phase so the number you get is one we can stand behind.
- How long does a web application take to build?
- A first usable version usually takes six to ten weeks. We ship in stages rather than disappearing for months — you see working software early and can redirect before the expensive parts are built.
- Do you work with clients outside Lahore?
- Yes. We are based in Lahore and work with clients across Pakistan and internationally. Most collaboration happens over calls and shared boards; for Lahore clients we are happy to meet in person.
- Can you work with our existing development team?
- Yes. We often come in alongside an internal team — either taking a defined piece of the system, or reviewing architecture and setting up the foundations they then build on. We work in your repository, to your conventions, and leave the team stronger than we found it.
- What if we need changes after the project ends?
- Small changes are usually covered by a monthly retainer. Larger pieces are quoted separately. Either way you keep the code and the deployment pipeline, so you are never in a position where only we can make a change.
